This document forms part of the legal documentation of the website. If there is any inconsistency between this document and the customer agreement, product terms, regulatory disclosures or specific service rules signed by the customer when opening an account, the official document provided by the entity that applies to your account shall prevail.
1. Document purpose and priority
This notice is used to help you understand the key matters when opening an account and using the service. It does not replace the customer agreement, product terms, risk disclosure, fee schedule, privacy policy or regulatory documents.
The specific account opening entities, licenses, applicable laws, customer fund arrangements, complaint channels and dispute resolution methods are subject to the official account opening documents provided to you. You should read it in full before submitting your application and commencing trading.
2. Confirm service entities and products
Brand websites may display information about multiple products, platforms, or regions. You should clarify the following before opening an account:
- The legal entity with whom you contract and hold your account, its registered address, and regulatory status.
- Available products, trading hours, contract size, leverage, margin, fees and execution methods.
- Do you take ownership of the underlying asset; FX and CFDs are generally OTC CFDs only.
- What investor protections, client money rules or compensation arrangements apply to your specific account.
3. Account opening and identity verification
We are required to conduct know-your-customer, anti-money laundering, sanctions, tax and fraud reviews. You may be asked to provide proof of identity, address, tax residency, occupation, financial situation, source of funds and beneficial ownership information.
Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. If the information cannot be verified, there are compliance or risk concerns, or the service is not available in your area, we may require additional information, limit functionality, or reject the application.
4. Suitability assessment and customer classification
We may assess your knowledge, experience, risk understanding and tolerance based on product and legal requirements. The evaluation relies on the information you provide; inaccurate or incomplete information may result in erroneous results.
Passing an evaluation does not mean that a product is risk-free, suitable for all of your goals, or that we provide personal recommendations. If you receive a warning that a product is unsuitable or that there is insufficient information, you should seriously consider whether to continue. Customer classification and available protections are subject to official notification.
5. Information authenticity and continuous update obligations
You should ensure that the information and documents submitted are true, valid, and complete, and notify you promptly when the following changes occur:
- Name, address, contact information, nationality, tax residency or identity document.
- Occupation, income, assets, sources of funds, trading experience, or risk tolerance.
- Corporate ownership, directors, licensors, beneficial owners or control.
- Politically Exposed Person status, sanctions status, significant litigation, bankruptcy, or other compliance-related matters.
6. Source of funds, payment and anti-money laundering
Deposits and withdrawals should generally be made using a bank or payment instrument in the account holder’s name. Third-party payments, cash, funds from unknown sources, or unusual paths may be declined, returned, or investigated.
We may require proof of the source of funds or wealth and delay, restrict or report suspicious transactions as required by law. Withdrawals are typically returned to the original source of funds, but are subject to payment channels, compliance reviews, outstanding fees, and open position risks.
7. Trading instructions and order execution
You should check the product, direction, quantity, price type, margin and account before placing an order. Instructions submitted with valid credentials may be deemed to be authorized by you.
Orders are subject to market liquidity, trading hours, platform rules and execution policies. The displayed price is not a guarantee of transaction, and slippage, order rejection, partial transaction, delay or forced liquidation may occur. Please read the full risk statement and order execution documents.
8. Client funds and asset arrangements
The storage, isolation, reconciliation, use and bankruptcy treatment of client funds depend on the account opening entity and applicable rules. Segregation of funds does not equal deposit insurance and does not eliminate bank, payment institution, custodian or counterparty risk.
You should check official documents for information on where funds are deposited, currency conversions, interest, negative balances, offsets, third-party institutions and compensation plans, and should not make judgments based solely on website slogans.
9. Conflicts of Interest and Third-Party Compensation
Business model, order execution, liquidity arrangements, introducing broker commissions, cooperative promotions or group relationships may create actual or potential conflicts of interest. We shall identify, manage or disclose conflicts in accordance with applicable policies.
If your account is referred by an introducing broker, agent or partner, he or she may receive commissions or other compensation. This person does not necessarily provide investment advice on our behalf and does not have the authority to promise returns, collect funds on our behalf, or change formal agreements.
10. Reconciliation, Confirmation and Unauthorized Activities
You should regularly check trade confirmations, account statements, balances, positions, fees and contact details. When errors, duplicate transactions, unusual withdrawals or unauthorized activities are discovered, they should be reported immediately within the period specified in the customer agreement.
Delay in reporting may expand losses or affect the investigation, but does not exclude your rights under the law. Please keep relevant screenshots, emails, equipment and payment records, and do not continue to transfer money to suspicious persons on your own.
11. Communication, recording and electronic documents
To the extent permitted by law, phone calls, emails, chats and platform messages related to orders, services and complaints may be recorded and saved for the purpose of confirming instructions, training, quality, compliance and dispute handling.
You agree to receive agreements, reports, risk warnings and service notices through the website, customer portal, email or other agreed channels, and are responsible for keeping your contact information valid, checking spam and saving important files.
12. Complaints and Dispute Handling
If you have any objections to service, execution, funding, or communication, please submit it through formal support channels as soon as possible, stating account information, event date, related orders, expected processing results, and supporting materials.
We will confirm, investigate and respond in accordance with the applicable complaints policy. If you are not satisfied with the final response, the official document will explain which regulatory, conciliation, arbitration or judicial bodies you can refer to for further submissions. The procedures and deadlines may be different for different account opening entities.
13. Regional restrictions and continuing customer responsibilities
The service is not intended for areas and persons prohibited by law, sanctioned or restricted by company policies. The availability of a website does not mean that the services are legal or available there. It is your responsibility to confirm location rules and notify you of any move or change of status.
Clients should continue to manage account security, margin, positions, tax and compliance obligations and should not rely on verbal promises, social media accounts or informal documents. Any guarantee of profit, request for transfer of funds to a personal account, or request for password should be considered a high-risk signal.
